It’s shaping up to be a December to remember in the Pasadena real estate market…

The median sales price of a Pasadena home rose more than 2.5% for the same time period – this year’s median price in $577,500, while last year’s was $563,000. With all 4 of these key metrics showing increases, it’s safe to say that the Pasadena real estate market is heating up. Prices have definitely risen over the past year and there is no sign that the imbalance in supply and demand will be changing anytime soon. There are still many more buyers in the marketplace searching for homes than there are homes for sale in Pasadena. We are in a sellers’ market, to be sure.
